Your hair extensions journey begins with a consultation. This allows us to assess your hair, discuss the look you would like to achieve, colour match your extensions and advise how many packs may be needed.
Client will come in for consultation , if they wish to go ahead they have to pay for the hair then and there to book in. Hair then belongs to them.
Once your hair has been ordered, we will arrange your fitting appointment.

Important Appointment Information
BHBD Big Hair Big Dreams extensions: To achieve the best results, please arrive at your appointment with clean, freshly washed and fully dried hair, with no use of electrical straighteners. We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations; otherwise, 50% of the service price will be charged.
For maintenance and to keep your extensions looking their best, we recommend a refit every 6–8 weeks.
