Alison Young

Say hello to Salon Owner & Reception Manager Alison Young who began her career as a beauty therapist 29 years ago at The Retreat Headmasters in Wimbledon Village – which is where she also met her husband Stephen Young!  She has worked as a beauty sales consultant for Espa in Liberty London and a beauty salon manager in Bond Street.

What do you love about your job?  I love interacting with the clients and meeting new people.

What is your ultimate ambition?  Stephen and I decided to get our own salon 11 years ago and I am very proud of what we have achieved.

How would you describe yourself in three words?  Compassionate, driven, organised.

Tell us something about you that would surprise others.  I absolutely love art galleries. Wherever I am I make time to visit art galleries and whenever I am away on holiday I usually come home with a new piece.
